You are a leader in digital finance with a strong curiosity for understanding clients' businesses and a client-centric approach. You excel at solving complex CFO problems by aligning financial strategies with overall business goals. Your expertise in finance functions, combined with your ability to develop innovative solutions, and your curiosity for how your clients' business works and can grow makes you a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

The work includes :

• Helping clients modernize their finance functions by consulting with internal and external teams to set vision, strategy, goals, and key outcomes.
• Providing the CFO and their teams with the right data and insights to create a compelling change narrative and drive shareholder value.
• Understanding the client's challenges and using knowledge of related leading practices to provide solutions to complex business problems.
• Serving as a Subject Matter Advisor for other Accenture projects and proposals based on your area of expertise.
• Managing engagement risk, project economics, deliverable content, and ensuring client buy-in.
• Being a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Encouraging innovation from team members; supporting their ideas and career goals.
• Creating strategies and blueprints that use advanced operating models, processes, and emerging technologies to improve operations and redefine how work gets done.
• Overseeing clients' digital transformations, helping them drive efficiency, effectiveness, experience, and growth : identifying needed skillsets, data, operating models, process automation, analytics, workflows, and enabling technology.
• Finding modern technology and data solutions for clients and sharing best practices across the industry.
• Helping grow the practice by participating and being accountable for driving key business development activities and cycles.
• Staying on top of current trends, technologies, and regulations influencing digital finance, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem.
• Driving incremental sales by leading and assembling the requisite teams to respond to proposals.
