Witco is looking for a Custodial Worker to join our team of AbilityOne workers. The intent of AbilityOne is to promote work and training opportunities for individuals who are disabled. This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining local state and private business buildings.

Core Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs labor associated with custodial services.
• Duties include performance of custodial duties including but not limited to collecting and deposing of garbage, vacuuming, mopping, buffing, waxing floors, dusting, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchen areas and appliances, window and glass cleaning.
• Maintain outside grounds picking up debris work such as trimming, raking, weed pulling, sweeping of sidewalks, picking up debris around the property. Snow removal or application of ice melt in winter months.
• Must be able to complete duties within hours scheduled.
• Perform quality work that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Comply with all safety guidelines.
