What You'll Do as a Sales Specialist
  • Generate Sales: Meet and exceed annual revenue goals by delivering tailored technology solutions.
  • Understand Client Needs: Become a trusted business advisor by aligning our offerings with customer goals.
  • Provide Solutions: Present and sell a range of technology solutions, including print hardware, software, managed IT, and VoIP.
  • Prospect & Network: Expand your client base through in-person meetings, phone calls, social media, and events.
  • Build Relationships: Use active listening, empathy, and emotional intelligence to form meaningful client connections.
  • Support Clients: Offer exceptional customer service, proposal generation, and conduct virtual meetings.
  • Grow Professionally: Participate in on-going training to refine your skills and product knowledge.

  • Resilience, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required-our training programs will set you up for success.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent business experience.
