Executive Director We are seeking a strong and
compassionate Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living and
Memory Care community. This position is responsible for overall
daily operations, including staff leadership, budgeting, occupancy
goals, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The
Director ensures resources are in place to provide quality services
while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for
residents, families, and team members. Lead, recruit, train, and
supervise on-site staff; ensure high performance and teamwork.

The base range represents the low and high end of the pay range for
this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the
range based on various factors including but not limited to
location, experience, and performance. Other rewards may include
