Job Description & Requirements

REQUIRED : 2+ years ICU experience required

REQUIRED : AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS in hand at time of sub

REQUIRED : Level 1 Trauma Experience

REQUIRED : Must confirm candidate is aware of and agrees to the following - To work 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week cycle and at least one Winter Holiday, to include the holiday weekend.
