Envision is hiring DSP / Caregivers to provide support for individuals with complex medical needs in their home and in the community on the East side of town (including Blue Ash, Kenwood, Montgomery).

Minimum Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 21 & older, must have less than 5 points on driving record (If 18 to 20 years of age, must not have any points)
- Prefer previous experience in a direct care / support role, but not required
- Background check & drug screen required
Hourly range is reflective of qualifying site premium and DSP Longevity Program completion add-ons. Base rate as of 1 / 1 / 24
