Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Carrollton, Texas area.
The ideal candidate will be able to use their knowledge and expertise to drive the sales performance and success of a team of Sales Reps in the Southwest Region and will report directly to the Vice President of Southern Sales.
Essential Functions :
- Responsible for sales development and growth in the Southwest Region.
- Responsible for sales development of Corporate Accounts located in the assigned territory.
- Assist Sales Reps (Independent / Company Reps) and Sales Coordinators in territory management, marketing plans, and strategies.
Position Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of sales management and outside sales experience is required
- Previous experience managing Independent Sales Reps is preferred
- Commercial roofing / construction sales management background is desired
- Strong organization skills and experience in Gmail and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel when required
- Must have outstanding management and communication skills
