Production Supervisor

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join its leadership team. This position plays a key role in overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production floor operations, providing clear instructions and hands-on support for tasks such as:
• Capping bottled products
• Loading and palletizing boxes
• Preparing products for shipment
• Monitor and optimize production line performance to meet targets.
• Ensure the availability of materials and components at each production line.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP standards and enforce safety protocols.
• Manage schedules and approve employee absences as needed.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and performance metrics to team members.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of production areas, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Handle incident reporting and ensure timely escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production supervision or manufacturing leadership is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated focus on quality management, safety, and process improvement.
• Ability to lift 1025 lbs and work on a production floor, including climbing a 3-tier ladder.

Work Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday
• Hours: 3:30 PM 2:00 AM
• Enjoy a 4x10 workweek, providing a three-day weekend.

$60,000 - $65,000 a year
