Now we’re looking for an experienced Architect III who brings design sensibility and technical excellence to help us deliver world-class projects.

We work across housing, multi-family residential, hospitality, data centers, industrial, retail, and mixed-use projects. Our clients are real estate leaders who need speed, precision, and exceptional design.

Who You Are

You’re a skilled architect who lives at the intersection of design thinking and technical execution. You love the craft of putting together beautiful, precise drawings and take pride in documentation that’s both elegant and buildable. You’re excited by the challenge of translating conceptual designs into detailed construction documents, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where AI handles the tedious work so you can focus on design refinement and technical excellence.

You’re curious about how AI is reshaping architecture and ready to be at the forefront of that transformation. You bring strong BIM and CAD skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards. You want to do incredible work while helping define the future of practice.

What You’ll Do

• Produce exceptional construction documents plans, sections, elevations, and details from concept through CDs
• Lead technical coordination across disciplines to ensure integrated, buildable documentation
• Drive design development using intelligent BIM workflows and real-time performance feedback
• Translate design intent into precise, code-compliant, construction-ready drawings
• Work with our Vitras.ai platform to streamline drawing production and free up more time for design refinement (full training provided)
