WingHouse Bar + Grill, known for great food and atmosphere since 1994, is looking for a talented Kitchen Staff for our growing markets. We currently have 16 locations in the state of Florida.
The company is projecting growth in the next several years affording the best restaurant staff the opportunity to grow their career! Our mission statement is to "Be Brilliant on the Basics" and our back of the house team plays a key role in ensuring a great guest experience.
A WingHouse Kitchen employee is an integral part of the day-to-day operations at every WingHouse restaurant. The WingHouse Kitchen employee is responsible for consistently executing all WingHouse kitchen systems and standards to provide the guest with the highest quality food products. This includes recipe specifications, safe food handling, food quality standards, and picture-perfect presentation. The Kitchen employee demonstrates a willingness to be a team player, has a positive attitude, and meets all WingHouse kitchen uniform and grooming standards.
