Our team offers expertise in engineering solutions for commercial and residential buildings. We continue to grow and are looking to add a Structural Engineer to the mixture. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Senior / Mid Level Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural systems for various building projects, ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver high-quality structures that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities Design and analyze structural components and systems for building projects. Prepare detailed structural drawings and specifications using software such as Revit. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural designs with architectural and mechanical systems. Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals from contractors. Evaluate materials and construction methods to ensure the best practices are followed. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and design teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification . 3 years of experience in structural engineering design and analysis. Proficiency in structural engineering software such as RAM, RISA, and Revit. Strong knowledge of building materials including wood, masonry, concrete, and steel. Experience with design codes and standards relevant to structural engineering. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
