Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation required Public accounting experience with ASC 740 exposure preferred (required for Senior / Manager level) Staff level : 1-2 years of public accounting or corporate tax experience, eager to learn and grow Senior / Manager level : 3+ years of experience, including tax provision and compliance background Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally across departments Assist Prepare and review tax provisions for quarterly and year-end close Partner with external CPA firms to handle compliance filings across multiple states Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of tax returns and payments Handle property tax and sales / use tax reporting for different business units Respond to tax notices and work through issues with taxing authorities Support special projects and planning initiatives led by the Tax Director Recommend ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in tax reporting Work closely with other departments to provide tax guidance on business activities

Compensation : $84k-$120k Total Comp
