A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Global Customer Portals) to create a unified Global Customer Portal and sunset older versions.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the sunsetting of legacy portals and ensure a smooth transition to the new unified platform
Lead business requirements elicitation through various techniques including interviews and workshops
Develop and manage use cases, process maps, and test scenarios to support system design and validation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business requirements elicitation using structured and creative techniques
Strong understanding of process mapping, use case development, and testing methodologies
Experience in creating user documentation and delivering training to business users
Experience supporting customer portal projects is highly desirable
A systematic approach to analysis and documentation
