Event Decorator
This part time position is newly available at the Country Club of St. Albans. The Event Decorator is responsible for planning the aesthetic and atmosphere of events held within the clubhouse.
Work primarily consists of blending all elements of the space, including the colors, the lighting, and theme that bring the design together.
This is done in conjunction with the Event Coordinator and F&B Team to maximize efficiency of the event, while operating within budget.
Requirements :
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented, flexible and a good communicator.
- Will engage members in a prompt, professional and personal manner.
- Must possess solid decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and delegate to staff.
The Event Decorator's ultimate goal is to create an immersive and visually stunning experience for all guests attending the event.
Applicant must be able to provide a portfolio of previous works. Compensation commensurate with experience.
