Billing Analyst

Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Process a high volume of invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review billing data for completeness and accuracy prior to invoice generation.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients via electronic portals, email, or mail.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries regarding invoices.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of billing activities and support documentation.
• Monitor aging reports and assist with collections as needed.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr.
