Billing Analyst

Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

Process a high volume of invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency.

Review billing data for completeness and accuracy prior to invoice generation.

Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients via electronic portals, email, or mail.

Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries regarding invoices.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure billing accuracy.

Maintain organized records of billing activities and support documentation.

Monitor aging reports and assist with collections as needed.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing.

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in billing, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr.
