Schedule : Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. While this role is primarily based during those hours, the schedule may vary depending on business needs. The Director of Sales and Growth will be expected to travel throughout our territory—which includes Oregon, Washington, and Alaska—for customer visits and strategic engagements. Travel may occasionally require overnight stays, and flexibility in daily and weekly scheduling is essential to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the role. Whenever possible, we encourage and expect this individual to work from our Milwaukie, Oregon office to foster collaboration, team alignment, and engagement with internal stakeholders.

Position Summary
