A well-established and rapidly growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations at a high-volume, fast-paced location in Honolulu. Compensation : $80,000 – $90,000 base, comprehensive health benefits, 401k, paid time off, employee discounts, ongoing training opportunities, and relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with strong presence in both front and back of house
• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team while fostering a positive workplace culture
• Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Oversee financials, including daily reconciliation, deposits, and labor / food cost controls
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and labor regulations
• Handle guest relations and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Balance hands-on leadership with strategic planning to support long-term growth
