JOB TITLE : Credit Analyst

General Shale Brick, Inc., a leading manufacturer of brick and masonry products is seeking a Credit Analyst to work at our facility in Augusta, GA or Johnson City, TN
Responsibilities
Credit investigation of new applications.
Collection of customer accounts.
Settlement of payment discrepancies.
Filing of liens and credit reporting.
Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and billing issues.
Review orders for shipment based on account status.
Adhere to approved credit limits and payment terms.
Update and maintain credit files and credit limits.
File notices on jobs as needed.
Work with outside collection agencies as needed.
Position Requirements
Associates or bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related curriculum, preferred.
5-10 years collections / credit experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Proficiency with SAP, and customer service experience highly desirable.
JOB INFORMATION :
40-hour workweek with additional hours in the evening and / or weekends may be required when project timelines dictate.
