Job Summary

The Business Analyst Operational Excellence supports the three pillars of Operational Excellence (Amazon, Cargo, and Lean Six Sigma) by transforming operational data into insights that drive measurable business results. This role quantifies, validates, and tracks financial and operational benefits, ensuring consistent visibility into key initiatives. The analyst develops tools and dashboards that enhance leadership decision-making and acts as a bridge between operations, finance, and data teams to enable data-driven execution across the network.

Responsibilities

Cross-Pillar Performance Tracking :

• Partner with business units across Amazon, Cargo, and Lean Six Sigma pillars to track and sustain improvement initiatives.
• Ensure standard benefit calculation methodologies and performance tracking frameworks are applied consistently across all pillars.
• Identify and quantify efficiency opportunities through data analysis and collaboration with operational teams.
