Salary : $50,000 - $52,000 per year | Pay Grade : 10 | Location : Dublin, OH | Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

This rotational program is designed to prepare you for a future management position within the hospitality team. During your on-site training, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, marketing, retail, merchandising, purchasing, hiring, training, payroll, profit & loss, and more. Successful completion of the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP) may lead to placement or promotion within 100 miles of your training location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required) or equivalent education by December 2025
• One year of customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
• Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity (required)
• Financial acumen : profit & loss management, inventory, and cash handling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities
• Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations
• Knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, safety, and marketing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Driver's license (preferred; may be required for certain roles)
