Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish / English)
Remote | $14–$16 / hour + Overtime | 24 / 7 Operations

- We’re partnering with a growing technology company that provides exceptional customer and technical support for internet services. We are looking for FLUENT Spanish / English speakers who are calm under pressure, great with people, and comfortable helping customers with basic
technical issues.

Customer Service (Top Priority)
Deliver outstanding, professional service on every call and chatGreet customers warmly, verify their identity, and actively listenShow empathy and patience with frustrated or upset customersExplain solutions clearly in both Spanish and EnglishSet clear expectations and confirm the customer’s issue is resolvedTechnical SupportTroubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and device issuesProvide Level 1–2 support using tools such as Freshdesk, Sonar CRM, and other networking toolsDocument all interactions accurately and follow internal procedures / SLAsEscalate complex issues to senior technicians when neededWhat You Bring
FLUENT Spanish and English – able to explain complex information clearly in both languagesStrong typing skills (50+ WPM) and comfort working quickly on a computerAbility to multitask – navigate and update multiple systems / applications while engaging with customers1+ year of customer service experience ( call center experience strongly preferred)Strong customer service skills – patient, empathetic, calm, and professionalWillingness to work overnights, weekends, and rotating schedules in a 24 / 7 environmentReliable wired internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspaceUpdated desktop or laptop computerLocation : Ocala, FL area
Pay : $14 - $16 / hour depending on experienceOvertime pay availablePaid trainingFully remote once trained (must still be within the local radius)Professional development and potential for full-time conversion based on performanceSchedule :
This is a 24 / 7 operation, including weekends.Work Saturday & Sunday + 3 weekdaysShifts times : 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, 2pm–11pm, or 3pm–12amTwo 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break per shiftFlexibility to cover other shifts when needed is a plusReady to apply?
