Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join our award-winning team. As an integral member of our expanding litigation team in our Chandler, Arizona office, you will gain immediate hands-on experience handling a variety of litigation matters involving wrongful death, contract and business disputes, premises liability, personal injury claims, and more. From inception to resolution, you will have the opportunity to handle every aspect of your cases including legal strategy, research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, arguing motions in court, attending mediations, and trial. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth, as you will collaborate closely with experienced partners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of litigation matters from inception to resolution, including legal strategy, research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and trial.
• Argue motions in court, attend mediations, and participate in trial proceedings as appropriate.
• Interact with diverse clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.
• Collaborate with experienced partners and team members to foster professional growth.
