Associate Attorney

VF Law, a leading homeowner association law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney licensed to practice in Arizona for its Mesa, AZ office. An attorney with 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation, HOA collections, covenant enforcement, and / or insurance defense is preferred.

The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Assist in litigation processes, including preparing for trials and hearings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide sound advice.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, including insurance defense and enforcement.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.
