IT Operations Planning Lead

A company is looking for an ITS Operations Planning & Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead milestone planning and execution for IT Operations Agile teams and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Monitor SLAs and KPIs, driving improvements to enhance service performance and customer satisfaction

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and manage the backlog in JIRA

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of progressive IT experience, including 4 years in a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager role

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus

ITIL 4 knowledge and certification

Demonstrated experience in business and process analysis, including translating business needs into actionable tasks
