Job Title : Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing a wide range of commercial HVAC systems across the Los Angeles Basin. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs including split condensing unit repair / replacement, leak detection, and system maintenance.
• Service self-contained units, VRF systems, heat pumps, and controls.
• Work on commercial systems such as rooftop units, air handling units, hydronic systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and VAV boxes.
• Conduct general and preventive maintenance to ensure system longevity and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including electrical problems (low voltage controls and high voltage power).
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Accurately complete service documentation using ServiceTitan (tablet and phone provided).

Work Environment

You will primarily work alone, servicing clients within the Los Angeles Basin, including the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, Alhambra, San Marino, and beachfront areas. The role requires residing within 25 miles of Glendale, CA. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with overtime as needed. A professional appearance is required in this client-facing role.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $104000.00 / yr.
