LPN / RN Pediatric Home Care (Latrobe) Full Time Daylight

Job Title : Private Duty LPN / RN (Pediatric In-Home Care)

About the Position :

We are currently hiring a dedicated LPN / RN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 8-year-old female child in the Latrobe area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home & school environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include :

Medication administration

Blood glucose monitoring

Monitoring ketones

Plan meals / exercise

Assist with feeding

Schedule :

Monday - Friday : 7 hours / day to accompany child to school

No weekends required

Qualifications :

Current LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Experience with Diabetes Mellitus (DM)

Experience with Dexcom & Omnipod

Pediatric experience

CPR certification (preferred)

Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered

Reliable transportation
