UX Designer

Insight Global's largest chemical solutions client is seeking a strong UX / UI Designer to join their team in Naperville, IL. This role will focus on designing intuitive, user-friendly experiences for platforms such as PowerApps, CRM systems, and other internal tools to support the Sales and Service pillar within the company.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in UX / UI design.

Strong proficiency in Figma and hands-on design skills.

Experience working on customer-facing products preferred.

Ability to adapt to different platforms and environments (mobile, web, internal tools).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Customer-Facing Product Experience : Adds broader perspective and skills.

Flexibility Across Platforms : Ability to design for multiple environments (mobile / web).

Chicago / Naperville Presence : Easier collaboration with co-located team.
