We are looking for a
Lead Technical Designer
to join our team of best-in-class designers, architects, and project administrators. This role is a hybrid of technical artistry and project clarity—responsible for transforming our creative vision into sophisticated, fully detailed, and buildable documentation. You will play a major role in shaping our ultra-high-end residential projects by creating exceptional drawing sets, supporting design administration, and helping bridge the gap between concept, documentation, and construction.
About the Role
As our Lead Technical Designer, you’ll be responsible for :

Shop Drawing Review & Coordination
Project Administration Support
Technical Communication
Process Oversight & Permit Knowledge (Bonus)
You’re a Fit If You Are :
Detail-Obsessed & Design-Savvy
– You bring an exceptional eye for detail and layout, understanding how to clearly and beautifully communicate design intent through drawings.
Technically Fluent
– You’re highly proficient in SketchUp and SketchUp Layout, with light AutoCAD capability, and strong command of Microsoft Office for tracking and coordination.
Self-Motivated & Highly Driven
– You take initiative, work independently, and bring a sense of ownership to everything you touch.
Collaborative & Communicative
– You work well with others, take direction, offer insights, and have experience communicating with architects, trades, and consultants.
Experienced & Grounded
– You’ve worked in the high-end residential design space and understand the stakes, the standards, and the pace.
