Key Personnel is seeking an Investment Accounting Specialist for a company in the Tulsa, OK area.

Investment Accounting Specialist Pay : $34-41 / hr

Investment Accounting Specialist Responsibilities :

• Assist with the allocation and investment of premium funds into mortgage loans in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Reconcile accounts daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and balanced.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records related to investments, loan balances, and premium transactions.
• Monitor investment activity and assist with reporting on loan performance, interest income, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure timely posting of journal entries and general ledger accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized documentation and responding to information requests.
• Review and verify transaction details to ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
• Prepare reports and summaries for management regarding investment performance and portfolio activity.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial data.
