The Oncology Institute (TOI) , a leading value-based community oncology practice, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our H ospitalist H ematology O ncology team in Northridge, CA . TOI is one of the largest community-based oncology groups in the country, delivering compassionate, comprehensive cancer care in a supportive environment.

Position Highlights :

Inpatient-focused role providing care to hematology / oncology patients
Collaborate closely with oncologists and the multidisciplinary hospital team
Manage admissions, daily rounding, and coordination of oncology care plans
Monday Friday schedule with rotating call
Competitive compensation and full benefits package

Ideal Candidate :

Current NP license in California

Minimum 1 year of experience in inpatient or oncology settings preferred

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered cancer care
