Job description

A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable customer success programs for a large portfolio of accounts

Leverage AI and automation to engage customers effectively throughout their journey

Analyze product usage and customer health to identify risks and trigger timely interventions

Required Qualifications

2+ years in Customer Success, consultative Sales, account management, or strategic consulting (SaaS preferred)

Strong Salesforce expertise with 3+ years in the ecosystem

Demonstrated success in driving adoption, retention, and growth across customer portfolios

Experience balancing proactive one-to-many programs with strategic one-on-one engagement

Technical and analytical mindset, comfortable with workflows and data-driven prioritization
