Escrow Branch Manager
Responsible for achieving branch strategic and financial objectives by establishing and overseeing efficient closing / settlement processes, developing internal and external customer relationships, preparing, and maintaining branch budgets and managing and developing branch staff.
Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred (but not required) : Notary Public (State of Colorado), Title Insurance Producer License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
Experience
The Escrow Branch Manager is required to have the abilities to perform all types of Real Estate transactions regardless of the degree of difficulty. Strong knowledge of escrow laws, regulations, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of team management and development. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
At least 5 years of experience in escrow operations, including 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in escrow software and Microsoft Office Suite. High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. Hold current or obtain CO Resident Producers title license. Hold current or obtain CO Notary Certification

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS : Pay based on experience, starting at $72,000 per year plus commission.
