Controls & Electrical Operations Manager : This is where you come in.

We’re looking for a Controls & Electrical Operations Manager to build and lead our Western Washington service operations for Controls and Electrical scopes. In return for hard work and achieving ambitious goals, you’ll be rewarded with the opportunity to shape the direction of a growing portion of our business, build and mentor high performing teams, and a high amount of trust to define success for yourself and our clients.

The Controls and Electrical Operations Manager reports to Reed Powell, Director – Service Operations , and works within a collaborative, high-energy team on diverse initiatives that support our expanding Electrical & Controls business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels of the organization, from project management to field operations, and plays a key role in our long-term success.

Benefits

Compensation : $150,000 to $180,000 annually, plus a vehicle and performance-based variable compensation
