We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for the Team.
Job Summary : The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of electrical contracting projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves managing field personnel, coordinating with project managers and clients, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Key Responsibilities :
Monthly Customer and Project Invoicing : Prepare and send accurate invoices in a timely manner.Lien Waiver Management : Request, track, and manage lien waivers for all relevant projects.KPI Management : Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators to help track project and company performance.Project Contract Management : Organize, review, and maintain contracts and related documents.Project Setup : Set up new jobs and maintain digital and physical project folders.Job Account & COI Requests : Request job accounts and certificates of insurance for new projects.Cost Allocation : Apply vendor invoiced costs accurately to the corresponding projects.Inspection Records : Record and maintain project inspection results and documentation.Project Management Software Oversight : Manage and optimize the use of project management tools.IT Coordination : Request setup for new employee computers and manage devices for field crews (laptops, tablets, etc.).Fleet & Tech Management : Oversee vehicle trackers and on-board camera systems.Team Support : Provide administrative and operational support to all levels of staff, including field crews.Required Qualification :
2+ years of experience in project administration, operations coordination, or similar rolesDemonstrated core leadership skillsStrong communication skillsFinancial understandingAbility to confront issues head on with tact and diplomacyStrong attention to detailWell organized and ability to work independentlyTime Management and Organization to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, large volumes of invoicingAdaptability to remain flexible and manage fast-paced environment and meeting deadlinesCollaboration to work effectively with team to achieve efficiency and profitable projectsInitiative and Assertiveness to ensure daily operations, workload, and processes are timely and completeTechnology Proficiency to manage various software, information dashboards, and technology systems to enhance efficiencyBasic understanding of the Construction Industry
