Sr Trade Sales Specialist
As the Sr Trade Sales Specialist, you will manage supply chain finance solutions and deliver them to clients. Primary responsibilities include delivering supply chain finance solutions that help clients achieve their working capital objectives. You will manage the day-to-day performance of supply chain finance programs, drive profitable revenue growth through expansion of the client portfolio, and lead business development and champion product development. You will interface with the bank asset distribution market and work closely with functional partners and third parties to enable and enhance program delivery. You will identify trends and opportunities through market knowledge, external research, and client feedback. You will interface with internal partners such as Operations, Credit, Risk, Legal, Marketing, and Product teams and lead strategic initiatives / projects.
Qualifications, education, certifications, and / or other professional credentials include 10+ years of supply chain finance experience in a banking or financial services environment. You will have established knowledge of supply chain finance products, including receivables and payables. You will have an understanding of technologies and operational processes that support and enable supply chain finance. You will be comfortable with credit, risk management, and the credit underwriting process, as well as program documentation. You will be able to effectively articulate working capital and trade finance concepts. You will have a detailed understanding of the client needs that drive product usage. You will have demonstrated ability to deliver profitable growth. You will have the ability to identify and pursue revenue opportunities through data-driven analysis, including cross-sell strategies. You will have strong analytical capabilities. You will be adept at client call preparation and market research using social media and market intelligence tools, and management of team and deal meetings. You will have demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams. You will have strong communications skills. You will have a strong work ethic; self-motivated, passionate, and driven to achieve results. You will be a team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment. You will have the ability to travel as needed.
Hours per week : 40. Work schedule : M-F. The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
