About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of investor relations and outreach, including nurturing relationships with prospective and current investors, maintaining a personal book of business, and ensuring compliance with securities laws and regulations. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 7 years' experience in investor relations, private equity fundraising, or a related real estate sector, and a proven track record of successfully raising capital. The VP will also be involved in market research, administration, and will eventually lead a team of 2-4 Investor Relations Representatives.

Applicants for the Vice President of Investor Relations position at the company should have a strong understanding of real estate investment structures, market dynamics, and financial modeling. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The role demands exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to create engaging investor materials. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be a self-starter with a growth mindset, and possess the necessary Series 7 (or 82) and 63 licenses. The VP will work closely with the CEO and other departments, and will be the front-line representative of the company to potential investors, upholding professional standards in all interactions.
