Position : Epic Orders Analyst
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8-5pm Hybrid (Going on site 2 days a week)
Work Locations : Atlanta, Athens, Augusta, Columbus, or Macon, GA. – Can report to any of these locations.
Duration : 6-month contract to hire.
PR : $45-$55
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Healthcare, or related field OR 5 years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of orders sets build experience, back-end.
- Epic certified : Any module.
- Strong understanding of physician workflows.
Plusses :
Certified or credentialed in Epic Orders.Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and maintain the EPIC orders module according to organizational needs.Collaborate with clinical staff to understand and optimize order workflows and order sets.Conduct rigorous testing of the EPIC system, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.Participate in the development of policies and procedures related to the EPIC orders system.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the EPIC orders module.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EPIC system updates and enhancements.Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure system interoperability and data integrity.
