Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Network Administrator Senior with deep expertise in Cisco networking technologies. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across LAN, WAN, and cloud-connected environments. The ideal candidate will be a Cisco expert who can lead complex projects, troubleshoot critical network issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Work Structure :

• This position needs to be based in Texas in proximity to Houston for visits to our office. There is hybrid and remote flexibility, but it is not a fully remote position.
• Participation in on-call rotation for critical issues or after-hours maintenance.
• Occasional travel to data centers or branch offices as needed in the US, Canada and / or Mexico.

Responsibilities :

Design, configure, and deploy enterprise-level Cisco-based networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.

Monitor, maintain, and optimize LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity across multiple sites.

Configure and manage Cisco ASA / Firepower / Meraki security appliances, including VPN, NAT, ACLs, and threat protection features.

Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex network incidents and outages.
