The Role :

As a commercial strategy & analytics manager at YouLend, you will play a critical role in advancing our commercial initiatives and driving expansion into new markets. This is an on-site, hands-on position, working closely with partnerships, account management, transformation, product, and legal to deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will combine strategic commercial leadership with rigorous analytics. You will lead and support commercial projects and partnerships while also developing models, tracking performance, and generating insights that directly shape business decisions. Your work will be integral to new business development, performance optimisation, and the execution of strategic growth initiatives that position YouLend for continued success.
