Join our team as a Controller! This is a hybrid role : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday based out of Headquarters in Maple Plain, MN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the accounting department
• Guide financial decisions
• Issue timely and complete financial statements
• Provide financial analyses
• Provide status of financial condition
• Prepare special reports
• Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
• Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations
• Responsible for the filing of quarterly and annual reports
• Oversee global tax compliance
• Oversee global treasury
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
• Manage relationships with third party service providers
• Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors
• Prepare the annual report and corporate proxy materials
• Maintain the chart of accounts
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
• Maintain financial staff
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge
• Protect operations
• Manage outsourced functions
• Contribute to team effort
