A company is looking for a (Senior) Partnerships Manager to build and execute their partnership strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a partnership strategy for various channels including home health franchises and payroll / PEO providers
Source, qualify, and secure high-value partnership agreements aligned with growth objectives
Establish scalable processes and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner success and revenue impact
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales, preferably in healthcare or B2B services
Proven track record of designing and executing partnership programs that drive revenue growth
Experience with franchise networks, payroll / PEO ecosystems, or B2B marketplace platforms is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset, creative and resourceful in building from scratch
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
