PlayDate Behavioral Interventions is a locally founded and run nonprofit serving the Pikes Peak area. We are seeking RBTs who are looking to take the next step in their career while having a flexible schedule. Our collaborative team is dedicated to serving children ages 0-18 with a focus on families and not on profit. We ensure lack of funding is not a barrier by providing over $3 million in scholarship and pro bono services in the Colorado Springs area over the last 18 years.

@playdateaba Responsibilities We are seeking motivated professionals for full time and part time positions providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with disabilities in a Senior Therapist role. This includes being a trainer for entry level staff. THIS IS A SUPERVISORY POSITION. Qualified candidates will display a dedication to improving lives, commitment to collaboration, the pursuit of excellence as well as being compassionate and flexible. Within 60 days of hire, candidates must pass an ABA Skills Assessment by consistently demonstrating ABA skills in a therapeutic setting. The schedule is flexible. This is a warm and ethical team environment committed to responsible growth and clinical excellence. Required Skills The position offers FREE supervision under a BCBA for candidates pursuing certification. On-going training and supervision is provided to all staff. Team Leader positions available!
