The Maintenance Engineer holds a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment and facilities. This position demands strong technical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and attention to detail to address maintenance needs spanning HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Technical & Preventive Maintenance

• Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other hotel systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, and equipment such as refrigerators, ice machines, and exhaust fans.
• Repair minor carpentry, painting, and furniture issues to maintain property aesthetics and functionality.
