A bit about us :

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Executive Administrator with strong personal assistant skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support to executives in a fast-paced environment.

This is an opportunity of a lifetime for someone that can commit 100% to this role. We are seeking someone to be the right hand to a high-level Executive which will include 24 / 7 availability (as needed) and also 50% or more travel for a few days up until 3 weeks at a time. If you have 5-10+ years of Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant experience and are available to commit 100% to an opportunity such as this, please reach out to me directly, as well as applying to this role. This position is fully on-site, as well as availability to travel and accommodate normal business hours, as well as nights and weekends. The organization is willing to pay for the time but is only looking to be on a larger pay scale for experience, aptitude and ability.
