Considering the draft QtoC processes which are in development, assist SMO in finalizing the processes to make it easy, affordable and fast for agencies to buy from OIT, with specific emphasis on how OIT will enable 'solution pathways' for platform services

Collaborate across OIT (CCO, CTO, ePMO, etc.) to ensure all service stakeholder needs are met

To the extent feasible, all processes should leverage the ServiceHub system and not rely on 'external' pdf forms, spreadsheets, etc.
