REPAIR SITE COORDINATOR

At Habitat for Humanity of Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties, one of the largest Habitat affiliates in the country, we're looking for dynamic, solutions-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace challenges, and are dedicated to generating a lasting impact on affordable homeownership in the Puget Sound. Since 1986, we've created 1,000 housing solutions for more than 2,600 people and successfully advocated for fair housing policies at the city, county, and state levels. As we set our sights on doubling our impact and serving an additional 2,000 people by 2030, we need the right team members to help us get there.

Your Impact

• Under supervision and guidance of Associate Director Repairs (ADR) and Repair Site Manager (RSM), assist on projects with attention to detail, safety, and respect.
• Ensure appropriate materials and tools are mobilized to site safely and stored in a secure manner.
• While a project is in process, assist in communication with homeowner as needed.
• Take direction and instruction from Repair Site Managers to better understand construction principles and performance guidelines while keeping projects on track.
• Work with AmeriCorps members, homeowners, and volunteers on repairs and tasks as needed.
• Maintain vehicles and tools with utmost detail and regard.
• Track and submit expenses in a timely and accurate manner, according to required processes.
• Actively pursue comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of residential construction techniques, methods, and applicable codes, with innovation and efficiency in mind.
• As a representative of Habitat in the community, engage respectfully with neighbors, promoting and creating awareness of the program to potential partner families, donors, and advocates.
• Participate in weekly safety meetings and monthly team / department / affiliate meetings.
• Participate and assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.
