Sales Coordinator

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator for post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for orders

Proactively communicate order status via phone and email

Prioritize and complete work based on urgency

Required Qualifications

Prior sales and / or customer service experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Results-oriented and service-minded

Ability to learn quickly and multi-task effectively

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
