Job descriptionCompany-paid life / AD&D insurance Company-paid short-term disability Paid sick / vacation / holiday 401k / Company Funded Pension Program (program is dependent upon location and job type) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Additional voluntary benefits Provides excellent customer service for incoming callers handling customer inquiries and complaints Generates quotes for customers / projects Prospect for opportunities using online bid platforms and own the bid tracking process Creates projects in front-end system based on quotes and contracts with a very high degree of accuracy Provides administrative support to the sales team as needed Handles inquiries and complaints Assists management with report generation as needed Performs other duties as assigned Prior experience in an administrative support role Able to work in a highly collaborative environment Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective professional working relationships with staff and customers Strong computer and accurate data entry skills Excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime as needed 2 years of transportation / delivery in the construction materials industry preferred
