Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer with mid to senior-level experience to join our industrial manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting the development and integration of new technologies. This is a hands-on engineering position that requires strong problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of industrial manufacturing practices.Key Responsibilities :
- Process Optimization : Analyze, develop, and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Project Management : Lead or support capital and process improvement projects from concept through implementation.
- Equipment and Tooling : Design, specify, and implement manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures to support production.
- Lean Manufacturing : Apply lean principles such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- New Product Introduction (NPI) : Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and smooth transition into production.
- Troubleshooting : Provide engineering support to troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Documentation : Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong working knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing ERP systems.
- Experience with process validation, SPC, and DFMEA / PFMEA techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
